You think Vince Taylor never used more than 500mg test? The guy is a genetic freak but was loaded in seo. The type of guy to load his arms like that probably doesn't stop at 500mg test. I recall someone telling me they went to one of his seminars in the UK and he told them he pushed the hormones but my memory is off so I can't post details. Maybe I am off but I am sure a good source told me that info. Even if they hadn't I still would guess he used more than 500mg. Although I am not stating for one second the guy couldn't look like a freak on just 500mg test.

I didn't say all, I listed a few that, with their shape.. they didn't need to do what others did. Bertil fox had some insane genetics but one look at his body looked like he pushed it (for his era). The people I listed are going to look great ... regardless. BUT, I knew saying what I did here and in this era of mega doses people would shoot it down.

I know only 1 pro, another 2 guys that placed 2nd and 3rd at the nationals around 6 or 7 years ago. None of them took high doses of AAS. 2 OF the 3 didn't need to, and the other was a bigger guy, not the best genetics but he would get PEELED beyond belief so he would make the avg person look bloated and fat.

So, again..i didn't say all. And I was referring to genetics. Being black myself and lifting for over 30 years I have seen the INCREDBLE genetics by a ton of ppl who ate like shit, knew little about sets and reps but looked better than 90% of the people on this board. Why would a person like that NEED to take high doses???? We're talking common sense here

I agree with everything you have just stated. As you state it's common sense. There is a whole spectrum of genetics. I was merely commenting on the one sentence "VINCE TAYLOR (I would be shocked if he ever used over 500mg test a wk)".

Firstly, I do agree he did not need it. He was a genetic freak and looked incredible and still does at an old age. But most pro bodybuilders who use it don't really need it. It's not like they don't look great already. Well maybe that is wrong as many use it and it's not very obvious and only adds to their physique. Others are known as freaky (Marcus Ruhl for example) because of their abuse of aas, hgh, slin, seo etc so it only helped them in a sense.

When guys comment on seo they always imply that it must be obvious to see. I know quite a few guys on here who use seo who don't post they do and you can't even tell they just look good. They don't want people to know for whatever reason and it's not like their arm is weird looking just big and looks good. It's just sometimes guys can go over the top with the injections. Human nature of the typical bodybuilder mindset. The very worst of the spectrum usually have no self awareness, deep rooted insecurities and body dysmorphia. Then the rest of people (me included) use it as an aid and well some may just want huge arms, calves etc.

I should also mention when I write seo I simply mean oil site injections to enhance a body part. I wouldn't have a first clue if x person used syntherol, painless pumps, test p, deca, mct, castor, etc. Greg Valentino for example said he used steroids only and I believe him due to the massive amount of inflammation. I also read that Vince used test p site injections but again I haven't a clue. But I do know for certain he used stuff as it's blatantly obvious. Even if someone does have freaky arms naturally many still use seo to enhance them. In Vince's case it couldn't be more obvious.

He may have also used the likes of Formebolone for contests to make muscles pop/inflate. That was popular in the 90's and he showed obvious signs of it. Again I am not saying he used that exact steroid (I don't have a clue) but he must have used something that gives similar effects (perhaps another water based aas). Yes his arms were loaded with seo. I have also seen obvious use in his delts, quads, calves etc. Here are a few pics...

Everyone likes different things. I personally believe the guys who fancy very androgenic women are more bi-sexual but perhaps don't want to come to terms with it. Although some may not be and they just like women who look like men... simple as that. But I would say most are bi-sexual deep down but they would never go with a man. My bad. Not sure how I done that as I actually know what Vince looks like. I didn't know what Ernie looked like though. I still stay up all night so that could explain things So basically everything I wrote still applies but just for Ernie Taylor. Although I think Vince used seo as well but just in a good way. I would say arms and calves etc but it's just a guess. Yes Vince still looks amazing to this day. I don't know about Ernie though. Regarding Iris Kyle I don't want to be rude as everyone has the right to do what they want. But I completely agree with Alzadosghost and whilst everyone has a different definition of beautiful she is definitely not it.

She even looks quite pretty in some pics. Lot's of work done on her face but for 56 she looks great. Looking at the older pics I never realized just how masculine she looked. People often think it's irreversible but for some the bodyfat levels when competing make a massive difference. I also think the exposure to androgens in that time are both permanent and temporary. Meaning when women come off some of the effects do lessen. The diet face definitely makes a massive difference though and once they get some fat back it softens the complexion and they look much better. Although for many even in the off season because of the amount of hormones they have used they have permanently changed the way they look (facial hair, bone structure, balding etc).
