How did steroids change your life?

The pros. I am much stronger than guys my age and look younger than them. The libido boost is great as I am in my 40's. The energy is great as is the drive in life. I swear testosterone is the best anti depressant in the world. The above is on trt dose mixed with a little bit of masteron.

Seeing my egfr at 52 and my creatinine at 1.5 scared the crap out of me. That was my last "heavy cycle" at 750 mg test and 40 dbol a day. Actually that put me close to the 1,000 mg total gear amount. Disregard the 900 I quoted above. I understand creatinine is a byproduct of muscle breakdown so I am fine with it being a little on the high side (up to1.30).

-Creatinine is not necessarily a good indicator of kidney function either
-The more muscle you have, the higher your creatinine will be
-Taking ACE inhibitors like Lisinopril will actually raise your creatinine, even though the drug has renoprotective qualities

the fact that your blood pressure was never super high, and that you aren't pissing protein should be enough to tell you that you aren't in nearly as bad of shape as you think..

i would LOVE to have that guys blood pressure. thats mine ON lisinopril. these guys thtat cry bout 140/90.... that was me in my 20's when i was small. almost 40 now and i am lucky if bp is 160/120 on meds... yikes....

THE BEST ANTIDEPRESSANT!

It's truly is the best anti depressant on the planet. I turned into a different person (for the better) after my very first test shot. You can't pacebo yourself out of depression/drug abuse so hopefully people don't give me this comment haha.

Your post made me look up some studies, and it shed some light on kidney function in relation to blood work. I usually look primarily at EGFR, but now I'll be looking elsewhere. Never have protein in my urine, so that's a good thing.

Perfectly said, you can't placebo yourself out of depression.. Anti's ruined me, I gave them an honest go a few times in my adult life, complete junk.. Nothing has me glowing like 300mgs of Test, and 75mgs or proviron..

Textbook treatments are fading fast and large phrama is desperate to keep up, all the while TRT clinics are literally saving lives, turning men back into MEN.. In those TRT commercials when you see a frumpy male, then next scene he's dancing and laughing..Sounds silly, but that's the awesome reality!

never really did... one of those guys that could get lean for shows w minimal to no cardio and just hard diet and high doses...

JUST started doing cardio. i do 20 min in the am on empty stomach or after cup of coffee. run walk. then i do weights midday around 3pm and do @15 min cardio after run/walk. only been doing this cardio for 2 weeks. hoping to stick with it maybe increase it gradually.

before bbing i was into soccer. college scholarship i didnt fufill.... but was always in lean cardio shape. took up bbing and cuz i was lean assumed gtg. but bp has suffered for sure. i may be ranting... end of rant.

yeah i think a lot of people mistakenly believe that if they are lean, their BP is probably good... doesn't necessarily work like that

True and the SSRI family of anti depressants when used over long periods of time lower the bodies ability to produce serotonin, the key neurotransmitter involved in elevating mood/
countering depression. People then become dependent on the drug to have any happiness....or they take test .

I'm a lot younger (21) so my experience may be different. I've been blasting and crusing for 2 years now (more blasting than cruising).

I'm known in all my classes, workplace and among family as "the bodybuilder guy". I've gotten unsolicited job offers, propositions from women, and immediate respect from most people that I meet just for looking the way I do. It's absolutely crazy the difference between how people used to treat me vs how they treat me now.

Its done a whole lot for my confidence as someone that used to be a 150lb gaming bookworm for most of his life. I do feel like steroids have changed my personality though, I'm a lot less carefree and "fun" as my friends would say, and I find that I'm always stressing and overthinking shit which gets 500x worse in contest prep.

It also kept me away from drinking and drugs throughout all of university. I'd go to parties with my gallon jug and meals in Tupperware. I know it sounds lame but people actually respected it.

Obviously its changed my physique drastically..gym time is always enjoyable when you are "jacked".

Downside..so much money spent over the years which could have been saved and invested. Makes me very horny which has its downsides when you cant have sex twice a day. Makes me want to look at porn which i think is degenerate.

Like Tenny said every action has a reaction .
 
Also..i notice people treat me differently when im "on"..more attention and people tend to want to just give you things in a strange way.
 
No life changes but lots of attention and to be honest it's more from guys.. like wtf; where's the ladies at ?

when I first grabbed my first magazine and saw the perfect bodies; I always wondered how they do it and if I could look like that one day.

Now that I did achieve that look; I thank my hard work and the juice for taking me to another level.

I love training on gear; it's motivating; the fullness and beast feeling you get in the gym is indescribable.

A scrawny flat look never motivated anyone at the gym
 
How did aas change my life ?

Negatives
Borderline eating disorder, addiction to androgens & a look/size , minor health consequences, potentially long term health consequences. Females are less interested. And one most people don't talk about .. in the medical field people tend to judge my intellectual capacity based on my appearance.. all to often I hear " I would have never guessed you were this smart"

Positives- I look bigger and have veins, men want to worship me( + ? ),
Respect from people I don't care about. Achieving a personal goal.
 
I go back and forth as to if I wish I had never used in the first place but I did and I do so...

I was going through a lot of shit with my ex fiancé and they gave me the confidence through my looks, and the feeling of higher test, to get rid of that slore and start pounding out lots of random sexy sluts.


I love the feeling and look of being on cycle and people definitely treat me differently especially women, I swear they can taste the testosterone. But it also makes me overconfident and gets me into trouble sometimes....
 
Test and Mast year round for me.Got on TRT at 36 and wish I would've done it long before.HGH is on those Top 3.No regrets as of yet.
