i learned from the owner of my gym, he competes in Nationals so i figured this guy has got to know his stuff, so i let him take me through my diet for my first competition, he did really good, i took teens and novice! Now im dieting down for another show, first time to compete in anything over teens, so i think il be coming in as a light-heavy. 5 and a half weeks left!! DAMN THIS DIET!!
