I’ve always wondered this. When my e2 is crushed, almost no amount of carbs or sodium seem to get me full again. Is this why something like halo is essential? I’ve never used halo so not sure if it’s effects on the body as far as looking full.
So don't crush your estrogen. I am guessing any pro with a brain would make the mistake and simply not do it again. Early 90's maybe the trade off was worth it but fullness is WAY to important these days IMO.
