How Do I Get A Chest Like This?

This is true, I also believe the seated chest press ranked quite high in the fiber recruitment and cable flies seemed to rank number 1 if I recall correctly, interestingly enough I dont recall ANYONE from "The Golden Era" doing many decline presses or dips, Im sure they used the dips as a quick warm up or just to get a quick pump, but check out all the pics/vids of Arnold and all the rest of that group training, its just the same ol shit, db flies, bb bench, inc bench, I do remember him doing cable flies.

I remember Arnold doing weighted dips. I wanna know Francos chest routine and why he had a horizontal split down his chest.

Do what Ronnie did for double split...

Do what kai does to get super low lats...

Do Dr j s jumping routine and jump like him...by the way he said he never practiced or worked on vertical. ...

You are misunderstanding the question. I don't want the exact chest those guys have. I just want the best chest I can have. There's a lot of useful information on this thread. I don't think you should dismiss it so easily.
 
How did they build a dip station out of a car and why?
 
The shape of the chest and general look will be genetic but you could definitely get your chest as big as your genetics will allow. I believe in three exercises that have worked well for me...

1) Start with Incline (go as heavy as you can and finish with drop sets)
2) Do weighted dips
3) Finish with decline

That's a good start... and I strictly use dumbells or hammer strength for the press movements. No barbells. Screws up my shoulders.
