yes. but like all things if its a real issue diet would need to be addressed as well. res will help make you more insulin sensitive, if you combine that with a diet designed to do the same it would have a much more dramatic effect.

My bloodwork thread got moved to the Beginners forum :/ So i'm getting no replies there. Maybe posting here will help some people out.

This is me 6 weeks in, and on 420mg Tren A, 350mg Prop, .5 adex EOD. I'm taking no Liv 52, Milk Thistle, Fish oils, Multis, etc.. I wanted to see what I could do with training and diet alone. Heck I didnt even take Caber to see what Tren would do to my Prolactin. I kept it as basic as possible. The biggest thing I did this run was add in the fats. Grass fed butter, olive oil, cooking with Coconut oil.

Notes* I took bloodwork about 4 weeks ago and Hematocrit came back at 57. So even though 51 is 'high' its a big improvement.

And just as a reference, this was me running my very first cycle of Tren A, 350mg dose with 350prop, it was about 2 years ago:

What tripped me out about my own blood work is that my diet is relatively high in sugar with my glucose levels were at the bottom range of normal it's 79 where the low in the 70 and the highs like 130 or something so that was kind of weird considering that my diet has been s*** lately my estrogen was at 84 which I believe is about 34 points higher than the normal but I have the aromatase pills to take care of that anyway it looks like I started a riot here and I'm glad we could all get together and discuss this I think this is what professional muscle is all about. Brothers and sisters helping brothers and sisters and getting jacked.

Depending on how much test you're on 80 estrogen could be fine.
