Mostly correct… except,They dont.
They continue to have a level of muscle mass as granite dense muscle build over decades sticks with regular training and diet and TRT.
Kai Greene, Dennis Wolfe, Dexter, Jay, Ramy, Phil Heath are not comparable to their previous sizes but all well muscled individuals. They also have elite level genetics.
I see them each a couple times a month at the gyms here. Dennis is way more impressive in person. He looks healthy and has good size on him. Jay is much shorter and looks kinda blocky. He really should’ve fixed that torn bicep from years ago too, it’s very noticeable. Neither of them train with much weight but that’s smart considering what they’ve put their bodies through after all these years. Both super cool and always seem to be in a good mood.Just saw something on Shawn Ray or was it Kevin or Dexter? Regardless, they were a shadow of there former selves. Dennis Wolf looks great though. And Jay too but Dennis appears to be holding on to more. Anyway, what others, most, are saying, essentially you are only as big as your dose.

this whole thread is already a confusing shit show lol
Dennis Wolf, Jay maybe even Ron Partlow are shellls of their former selves. But that shell is still way fuckin bigger, leaner and more impressive than a regular Joe. I’m sure they go anywhere from 100-500mg a week and eat decently healthy. I think we are seeing much more of that then say Tom Prince who shriveled down to a non-lifting 175lbs post BBing career.
Even guys like Fouad and Iain are wayyy smaller than then peak size, but still larger and leaner than the average Joe. Why are all these guys able to do this? Well they are/were genetic freaks. That’s why they were professional BBers. And they also trained heavy and hard for decades on end to build up a pretty dense set point, regardless of dose. Go look at retired NFL lineman who got “unfat” post football. They are all still thick large guys from years of holding that size. To carry that mass, your base is naturally big.
The only way to truly shrink down is to not train! Anyone that built a decent amount of size with YEARS of training, and performance enhancement help will hold better than average size with "healthly" test levels and weight training.

Ya Dennis looks great. Not an entirely clean body but he still looks great. Jay does too. But I’m sure they are on a larger than just regular trt dose. Rich gaspari too. Again more than just trt. It’s a lot of years of training . Not that I care. I just know when you cold turkey stop steroids and training altogether you’ll be skinny in no time. I do it several times a year every year. I don’t always stop training. No big steroid doses you won’t be keeping that size for long no matter what. Iv tried it. A lot . Lol Even if you continue to train and eat, no steroids you will lose most of what you acquired from training on aas. The longer youv been at it the more you retain. It’s a lot of consistency involved in maintenance of that big body.Just saw something on Shawn Ray or was it Kevin or Dexter? Regardless, they were a shadow of there former selves.
