Just take it slower and you won't feel like shit, bwilly. If you're not dieting for a contest and need to be shredded to the bone, take your time, lose it slowly and relax. You almost won't notice unless you're a really compulsive eater and need to think of not eating all the time.
Not going into a big deficit right away, you'll barely notice the energy drop.
Getting shredded for me fucking sucks. Getting below 10% is ok. I think, "Hey, I've finally got this down! This will be easy this time!
" Flowers and rainbows abound. All is good in the world!
But Nope. A week or two later, it stalls at about 9%. The grind begins. All of a sudden, meals are measured out more carefully to not go too far into the deficit, you're almost never full, cardio intensity jumps way up and is just exhausting, add in Clen/T3 and whatever else, and you're working against adrenal burnout. You feel alive for about 3 hours a day...in the gym and just after. And Tren and his buddies are yelling "EAT, EAT, you skinny bastard!! You probably need a carb-up day!" But no...you don't. Your back-fat says otherwise.
Then, FINALLY, (only been about 8 weeks, but seems like you've been dieting since high-school) you think you're getting close, so snap some photos. Low and behold, still fucking fat!! In the mirror, not fat...In the photo, fat. It's like some kind of Black Magic. And you know there's no easy end to this diet. Another 4-6 weeks of this shit.
Enjoy! LOL
