How do you build thicker/wider lats?

Go and stare at b-boy back for at least 10 mins a day!

you can start with 5 min and than progressively get to the 10 min mark.
or you can rest pause it as 6 min , 3 min , 1 min.:)

Pull-up or pull-down movements for width and row movements for thickness
 
I have been getting away from pull down movements lately and focusing more on a variety of pullup movements and have been seeing better progress

I worded the thread wrong. There are multi threads on what others do for chest, ex. decline, incline, dips, etc. I wanted to know what others do for their lats. I pick up ideas from others and see what other members are doing.

I am sorry if you think this was a 'newbie' or beginner thread. For the record, I was banned for posting about clen regimen. Simple mistake.

Try hand-stand push-ups for delts. You may need to contruct a platform.

Okay,fair enough.The issue I had was when you were giving advice on potentially dangerous pharmaceuticls when it was blatantly obvious your lack of experience and knowlege.It appears you have not been doing that as of late.
Pullups,some type of row(usually bent) and deadlifts seem to be in the regemines of the guys with great backs.
