I have been getting away from pull down movements lately and focusing more on a variety of pullup movements and have been seeing better progress

I worded the thread wrong. There are multi threads on what others do for chest, ex. decline, incline, dips, etc. I wanted to know what others do for their lats. I pick up ideas from others and see what other members are doing.
I am sorry if you think this was a 'newbie' or beginner thread. For the record, I was banned for posting about clen regimen. Simple mistake.
