I worded the thread wrong. There are multi threads on what others do for chest, ex. decline, incline, dips, etc. I wanted to know what others do for their lats. I pick up ideas from others and see what other members are doing.

Okay,fair enough.The issue I had was when you were giving advice on potentially dangerous pharmaceuticls when it was blatantly obvious your lack of experience and knowlege.It appears you have not been doing that as of late.
Pullups,some type of row(usually bent) and deadlifts seem to be in the regemines of the guys with great backs.
