I can't take credit for this one as I found this on youtube. I have my wife boil about 4 sweet potatoes for the week. After they have been boiled I simply put half a potato,1/2 cup egg whites, 1 scoop of whey, and a dash of cinnamon into my nutribullet. Blend that mother up and boom you have yourself a complete meal. I'm always on the run so this shakes hit the spot.:headbang:
May not be as healthy as you think. High heat when cooking especially that nice brown crunchy part can be high in AGESI use an air fryer with various seasonings. As healthy as it gets.
