How do you cook your potatoes

I throw mine in the microwave. I stab it a few times with a knife and nuke it for about 5 minutes. Quick and easy.

I can't take credit for this one as I found this on youtube. I have my wife boil about 4 sweet potatoes for the week. After they have been boiled I simply put half a potato,1/2 cup egg whites, 1 scoop of whey, and a dash of cinnamon into my nutribullet. Blend that mother up and boom you have yourself a complete meal. I'm always on the run so this shakes hit the spot.:headbang:

Man this sounds amazing, another dash of allspice and you've got basically pumpkin pie in a glass, a lot healthier though.

Baked or boild for me

I wrap each individual sweet potato in foil and put them on my grill while I’m grilling whatever meat I’m making for the week.

Keep it Simple

If you want to have any longevity in this thing of ours you have to keep meal prep as simple as you can. Just microwave your potatoes then weigh out your portions and plan ahead....Later Fina

I cubed red or yucon gold potatoes and simmer in a closed pot in chicken broth until they are mashable. I season with salt, pepper, and drizzle a little cold olive oil on top and mix it up. You can also add cow milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc. to make them creamy.

I tend to try and reduce saturated fats when I can do I typically stay away from dairy. I get saturated fats from steak, meats, and a little from coconut oil.

My oven is broke but I never use it much anyway. However I like it for potatoes which I don't have that often. Right now I cut into chunky pieces and boil them until they are starting to fall apart (skins almost coming off). Then I shallow fry them in coconut oil ususally with chopped onion and perhaps peppers. I add aromat, paprika, pepper and they taste incredible.

I usually try to cook them in advance. Then let them cool as it lowers the GI content of them. Seems to work the same way no other carbs as well.

Just boil them 45 mins

Baked microwave or mashed. I like both equal but mashed with ground or small cut meat is super easy and enjoyable to get down

I use an air fryer with various seasonings. As healthy as it gets.

Yams sweet potatoes what ever they call them lol
I bake them until they ooze out and just open them up like a baked potatoe and eat it with a spoon

May not be as healthy as you think. High heat when cooking especially that nice brown crunchy part can be high in AGES
"Recent evidence has found that excessive consumption of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), harmful compounds that stem from cooking foods at high temperatures and accumulate in the body as people age, are a major cause of this inflammation that can increase the risk of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. "
And a source for those that are interested.
