To me hardwork is this, I have all the tools that if I take x then I will look like y, my gains will be steadily coming if I just cruise and do things 1/2 ass.
However if I really put myself into it, and go the extra mile with my efforts towards my eating, and training.
If I remain self disciplined and eat how I HAVE to not how I want to, and take the sets through the pain barrier instead of stopping when it becomes uncomfortable, if I do all the things that I may need to do however dont neccesarily want to do in a certain alloted time in order to get EVEN BETTER results than I could if I just let things like my drugs and half assed eating and training roll along status quo.
Being willing to do what the next guy wont, cant or is simply to scared to do.
Its like that mental decision on squats where you have to decide 'one more rep?' or "nah thats good enough."
