How do you eat your Egg Whites?

Place 6 egg whites in small skillet after applying pam.Cook and turn once.While egg whites are getting done put 3 slices turkey bacon n microwave and set at 2min 30 sec.Take egg and put on paper towel put slice american cheese on egg.Tale turkey bacon out of mircowave and place on cheese,fold and eat like a taco.

I just pouch them in water in the frying pan, can't imagine eating eggs as a sweet sounds disgusting, must be an American thing

I'm not from US and if I could I would put sugar on titties before I suck on them. Sugar makes life better and you know that. The next things are chocolate and then peanut butter...then cheese (especially cheese cake).

Sugar is cool. Glucose fuels every cell in the body. If chocolate was bad it wouldn't taste so good. Pnb was made by God and without cheese how could you eat all those sweet potatoes were supposed to eat. Your diet sounds perfect to me haha.

lately ive been drinking my breakfast.

egg whites, ginger, apple, spinach, carrots, beets berries and coconut water.
blend and drink.

I put 1/2 cup in glad Tupperware bowl and microwave for 2 min with top on. Frying it is a pain in the ass. Just add what you want in it and it comes out great. Get my egg whites from egg white international. I'm too lazy to break dozen eggs every morning. lol

Here goes this debate again... pasteurized makes them partially cooked.. digestion isnt an issue

If throwing the yolk away bothers you, save them and put them over your dogs dog food....he will love u for it and u will end up having to give him less dog food.
