How do you feel the day after Insulin?

I can't quite put my finger on it, but I seem to feel a bit of a mental crash the day after I use insulin. I have used it now about 8 different times everywhere from 3 IU to 6IU. Other than this, I get good results. Very full looking muscles.

Anyone experience any negatives on insulin?

Honest to god, I had a doctor tell me back in 1990 to be careful about my estrogen levels because if it got too high it could turn me gay lol

I havent noticed that, I do notice im pretty lethargic in between shots. I figure thats normal from the blood glucose drop.

A guy I train has been telling me he's always lethargic and mentally unclear in the evenings after using Insulin earlier in the day. Suprising because he's on very small amounts such as yourself.

less than 10iu of slin is not much imo. i cant imagine that dose doing anything to anyone later in day or next day when its out of your system.

i LOVE slin! Slin to me is like Dnp for Lil Slice lol

That's exactly it! I'm just a bit off, there's a fog upstairs - so to speak. It goes away after a day. It's tolerable but I've since dropped to smaller amounts and it's much less noticeable.

I could understand it more if you were using large amounts but 6-8 iu is relatively nothing compared to what some use. Perhaps your just very sensitive to Insulin. Do you have a glucose monitor? I would keep tight check on your glucose #'s.

Yep, I started using the meter for about a week solid prior to starting insulin protocol, just to get an idea of what my values look like.

Overall the insulin works well though. It's a good tool. But It's only something I'd do once every few days. That seems to work best for me.
