How do you get ready for the gym?

I'll usually have my last meal 45-60 minutes before. Get my bag, write the workout down, grab my prewo drink(s), pack my intra, make sure the iPod's there and jump in the car. I'll usually listen to either hip hop or spa music. It give me a lucidity so I can think about the task ahead (which usually begins the night before as I drift off). Although at this point in my life, not often, but sometimes, I'll get in there and just change my mind about everything and do what I want, but always with measurable results and progress the goal - either during the workout immediately or as a step toward a bigger goal I'm working toward.
 
As soon as I git home from werk I feed my kats take my GH make sum grits and eggs with two cups black coffee then shower and away I go, usually go thru my workout in my head driving to da gym.
 
I put some pepto pro in a shaker and go straight after work try to beat the evening rush. I never have to psych myself up. I just do it and come home. It's just part of my life. Like crapping. Don't even think about it much anymore.
 
Half hour before gym I take a 200mg caffeine pill, 1 scoop of creatine,listen to some heavy metal:headbang:and I'm ready to smash some weights:headbang:

I think it takes me longer then that. I have to get my cooler ready. Put ice in it, make my crystal light drink, make my prot shake, take my preworkout. Load my 10iu gh and 20iu insulin so that they are ready to take immediately pre and post. Make sure I have sugared lemonaid just in case the slin kicks in too soon. Grab two banannas for pre cardio and post cardio.Get a dry shirt to wear home. Take my kratom shot before I leave. Get my straps, make sure my ipods charged and load it in my bag. Get some oatmeal made for the ride to the gym(don't want to go hypo). Put some lotion on the skin, so I glisten while I workout.

Hahaha, pretty simple routine. I do the lotion too, for the stretch marks though, the glistening part is just an added bonus I also enjoy.
 
1. Poop if necessary. This is key on leg days. Let's just say there has been an incident.

2. Gather Ipod, nasty hat with sweat stains that closely resemble semen, IW drink (80-100gm dextrose, 5gm carnitine, 5gm taurine), and straps for back day.

I used to get psyched up to train when I was younger. Now I just go in and knock that shit out.
 
Eat, mix IW drink put in freezer, relax 50mins(update music/browse pm/watch tv/poop), make sure gym toys are in order, pin slin, 15mins later pre workout, hit the vape n out the door!
 
I have a meal an hour before.......20 minutes before i take my Speed Xtreme (The shit lights your ass on fire!!) mix my BCAA's with goodies then go hit it... I have all my own equipment so i just have to walk 100 yards to workout.... have it all at my job. :headbang:
 
I typically drink the blood and tears from my fallen competitors for a preworkout. I twerk in the parking lot on my way into the gym for a warm up, Drop a duece, then start training.
 
Damn, with all of the defecation going on before hitting the gym and treefiddy lighting his ass on fire, we should come up with a pre-workout impregnated toilet tissue or something...

This is so fkin funny. I buy new hats every few months because of that white shit. I find rubbing a wet towel on it before going to the gym keeps most of it off until you sweat again.

I take a shower so I smell nice, charge my ipod, check my gym bag for all the essentials, drink my pre-workout like I would drink a shot, make post workout shake, slick my hair back, brush my teeth, and grab mint gum so I can keep it fresh.

Man, I have gotten very weird about it throughout the years. I eat something with some carbs, take a few supplements, then jump in a hot shower. For some reason I feel like it warms up my muscles and makes me feel fresh... then I take a shower after the workout too lol
 
Get out of bed take my gear then get ready. Drink some pre workout then head out the door.
 
I have a meal about 1 hour prior...right now its 8 egg whites and 30-50 carbs from grits with one scoop protein mixed in, some pb2 and sugar free hersheys syrup. Then I get my PWO meal ready (shake and cereal) and drink some black coffee..sometimes I take a pre workout sometimes I dont. No slin or gh for me yet but I will often try to time my shots pre workout and take whatever oral I am taking if any...takes about 10 mins to drive to the gym...the most annoying part is I have to piss every damn time immediately upon getting to the gym...it's like clockwork lol
 
wake up. eat. make sure my gym stuff is in my bag. watch porn. drink my pre w/o shake. go to gym.
