I'm done with weight gainers...
I just can't, they do nothing but bloat you.

Even oats Bloat me to the point that I can't lift.
 
Have you tried oat powder?
 
I eat food brother... Foods have calories. You can buy them from grocery stores, just walk up to a clerk and ask where you could buy some food

When did you become a troll dude?

Obviously food, but I'm wondering how guys here increase them to High amounts without feeling gross.
 
Dude, I cant ever get enough to eat. Im always hungry, and I eat!
Oat are one of my favorites, but they can bloat ya. Maybe switch to white rice.
Cream of Rice is great pre workout.

Don't over eat in any one meal so you don't ever get full.
50 grams protein from lean beef, chicken or turkey. (200 cals)
100 grams carbs from good starchy rice made in a rice cooker. (400 cals)
Throw 220 calories from mixed, salted nuts on top.
That's over 800 tasty calories. Add soy sauce, salsa, various spices, etc.

This meal every 3 hours shouldn't be hard to consume. The hard part is preparing it all.
 
I eat these stuff called " HALVA " Sugarless Halva. I buy them from a local Russian/Ukranian store

Sadaf.com - Halva Sugarless 16 oz.


Lots of Cals, great amount of GOOD fats ( from sesamea seeds )

Great amount of potassium... If you eat too much salt, you need to balance your pottasium and either this or Coconut water does it for me

Must be nice to be able to get away with that many carbs in a day. I could only do it on tren + hgh
 
I just make time for them. cook and prepare meals. If rushed cook as many chicken breasts, lean beef burgers, all at once. Evan C had a good video for this. I usually do eggwhites from carton in morning with eggs, then shake, then meal, then shake, then meal, then maybe another meal or shake

my carbs are low for my size. never been able to eat what chris aceto , dorian recommended like 1.5 grams protein and 2-3 grams of carbs per pound of body-weight. I get the 1.5 grams the carbs though no way.

never done gh , from what I see, gh is a game changer, one can get away with a lot more carbs. This appears to be true, yeah?

I love eating, it's so easy to put calories in.

Dieting on the other hand... argh....
 
cream of rice feels awesome in the stomach imo :) helps my eating so I dont feel like total crap which I do on too much oat or rice
