250 mcg MT2 everyday for 2 weeks then 500 mcg twice a week and 15 minutes in a tanning bed 2 times a week for the first three weeks then maintain tan with 500 mcg MT2 twice a week indefinitely.

I dont even have a schedule anymore. I shoot 500mcg of MT2 when I feel like it, and tan when I remember or have time. I have my own bed so its convienient.

I tan VERY VERY fast with MT2, even faster since my first run ever with it. I was only 2 shots in and tanned twice and had to stop for a few days. I can get way too dark in about 2 weeks. It works better for me to space everything out and do it slowly.

The natural sun is a pretty way to tan, if you can control your time and the air quality is good in your city,you won't be get skin caneer. MT2 also a good choose to make you dark faster. To begin with about 7 to 10 days and in this time dosages of 0.5 to 1mg are injected subcutaneously daily.the maintenance phase is to prolong the period for which the tanned skin is required. Usually a dose of 0.5mg is taken twice per week.

Im privileged and honored to live in South Florida. Plenty of Sun year round, gorgeous beaches with palm trees, gorgeous bitches everywhere, the only legal nude beach protected by the City. I go butt naked and sometimes use some tanning bed to smooth edges.
