I used this a lot in 2007 and 2008 when a Doctor/Bodybuilder who trained me - swore by it. It had a fantastic profile then and still does even though it has been modified.
2 scoops gives 60g protein...1g fat and 5g carbs I believe....and tastes really good. 15.5g bcaa and 10.5g glutamine as well..
