how do you split t3 and clen?

So, starting a cut cycle in 2 weeks time, and im just wondering, the plan is to go 50 mcg of t3 and 120mcg of clen, bw is 210pounds atm at a bf of 15%ish

the clen i plan on splitting into 3 doses during the day, but my question is, would you also split the t3 doses? 2 times a day 12 hours inbetween or something.

There is really no need to split t3 or clen. Also i really hope you dont plan on starting at 120mcgs of clen otherwise you are in for a few very painful days. Im not gonna walk you threw clen usage as you can search but i think everyone would agree thats not a good starting point.

na, ill start at 40mcg:) and go up, done clen before, just not stacked with t3, got up to 160mcg with minimal sides, some cramps and some sweat that was all, tho, wont do more then 120mcg this time

last time i did experiment a bit with the clen, and if i took 120mcg in the morning, i could feel it work, well id sweat, heart beat would raise, but it would go away after 3-4 hours, then i felt nothing, thats why i wondered if splitting would keep it more steady

I don't think it has a matter of it being steady fi i recall clen has a long halflife and it's just your body adapting to that sudden kick in the ass. Personally i would take both first thing in the morning then kick out 20-30 min cardio. that would be a nice cutting setup.

alrighty, thanks, ye the plan is an 45-60min of cardio in the morning, then get home rest some, then weight training in the evening when i got some food in me etc, tho i think ill split, well, the t3 i wont, but the clen i will, as the burst was somewhat heavy some days

Take them both on an empty stomach prior to fasted cardio for a minimum of 20 minutes.

If it was me I'd start out with the T3 split the dose 7-8 hours apart.
Run T3 for a week, then introduce the clen.

thanks for the advice:) the idea was to start t3, mast di prop and tbol from week 1, clen week 2
 
Nice approach, was going to ask what other compounds you were going to include.
I've run T3 both ways; one dose and split dose, I much prefer split as it keeps the metabolism at a more consistent level.
You may consider adding 4-5grams of L-Turine a day on this.
Avoid caffeine one hour after T3, if You choose to alternate caffeine with clen.
Up your calories.

thanks:) diets in check, and got my taurine capsules ready, will take 6mg, as 1 is 3mg, will be a good cut:)
