Best way to take it is on cycle the whole time at 250 to 500iu every 3 or 4 days!
It's better to keep ur nat test flowing throughout ur cycle than try to restart it after it's been stopped!

That's what I've been told as well. Do you do your first shot of HCG the first day of your cycle or wait 3-4 days?

i would take it on cycle just keep in mind if u use roids long enough you will be hrt for life the longer you are on the harder it is to restore your levels thats just my thought anyway

i do it like 15 days on 15 off during cycle. 1000mcg every 3 days

I've stopped coming off, I just cruise along between cycles, so I run a 5000 iu bottle of HCG every 3 months, I do 500 iu twice a week for 5 weeks, then take 7 weeks off and repeat.

I'm a TRT guy, I take 25 units the 2 days prior to my T shot @ my docs. Keeps me dialed in. Based on my labs this seems to keep my balls right, my test up, my Estrodiol down....I take a tab of amridex every 3 days too.

I think a lot of it has to do with the cycle length. Obviously if you are running a short 6-8 cycle, chances are you really won't need it. Anything longer and I would highly recommend it. I like to do 500iu/wk split into 2 shots. If I am running a long cycle in excess of 15 weeks, I'll occasionally add a blast for a week in there and maybe blast once more before pct. Definitely don't use it during pct as it is still suppressive in nature and that's not something you want going into pct where you want your natty hormones to resume.

every 6-8 weeks on cycle i spread 5000iu over 7-10 days. i have noticed less then 1000ish iu, does not affect the size of my balls. so personally i dont see why some people run 250iu per shot.

In the past I have run 500iu every 3 days during a heavy cycle, usually the night before my test injection. This has worked well for me.

this is the protocol of my coach seemed to work ok for me

1 week after last shot do 2000iu HCG until u hit 10,000.
Day of first shot do 50mg clomid every morning for 3o days and 20mg nolvadex every evening for 30 days.
