I've been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with mother in the AM fasted. Most importantly I add in Ginger Juice. I highly recommend this as Ginger Juice adds it's own health benefits but another positive is that the bitter taste of the Ginger neutralizes the sour taste of the ACV. If your diet can allow a small amount of organic honey, the addition really makes the drink quite tasty.
I do 1 part GJ 2 parts ACV. 10 oz of water 1 tbsp of GJ and 2 tbsps of ACV.
I plan to buy a spray bottle and spray ACV over my meals.
