Even though it makes you retain a ton of water, it still will increase strength drastically. The heavier the load, the more muscle recruited to perform the movement.. the more muscle recruited, the more fibers activated, the more fibers activated, more muscle built. So, that being said, as with any water retraining aas, you still moved that heavier weight than you would've without it. Therefore, building more muscle. Even if you deflate, you're still going to be a step or two ahead brother.

Quit repeating something somebody else told you or you read until you have tried it for yourself. I thought the same way until I used it for prep last time.
This is after 10-11 wks of drol @ 100 mg day. Am I retaining a ton of water?
BTW I admit to using a special filter and distorting the pic to make me look incredibly small
