How do you use Anadrol correctly?

Even though it makes you retain a ton of water, it still will increase strength drastically. The heavier the load, the more muscle recruited to perform the movement.. the more muscle recruited, the more fibers activated, the more fibers activated, more muscle built. So, that being said, as with any water retraining aas, you still moved that heavier weight than you would've without it. Therefore, building more muscle. Even if you deflate, you're still going to be a step or two ahead brother.

5'8" around 220 I believe. Was a few weeks out before master nats in 2012 and getting my ass smoked 15/26 in the heavies. Hopefully I can do a wee better this year.

I'm not repeating anything from anywhere.. And I have run several cycles with drol. Don't mistake me for a rookie just because I'm new to this forum.
 
I don't remember who said this but it seems to be the truth,Anadrol gain 50 pounds on the bench and 30 pounds of bodyweight ,take a piss and lose 20 of it.
 
I have used Anadrol 3 times and each time I wasn't happy with the final results. My first cycle ever was Korean Anadrol 50mg/day for 8 weeks and yes I blew up but I also lost all of my gains. The other 2 times were for the first 6 weeks and I do gain a lot of weight but it all comes off when I stop taking it. Now I know Anadrol makes you hold a lot of water and it seems from my experience that's all it does. I don't see any muscle growth. Just an increase in size and strength from retaining water. This makes me feel that Anadrol doesn't really promote the anabolism of protein like Dianabol or Tbol, but that may be because I've never used it correctly.

Perhaps I'm just expecting too much.

Anyone with a lot of experience explain your past use and experiences with Anadrol, training routine, and diet.


If the gear you list below is what your taking and its all real you should not need anadrol...

I've ran anadrol a couple times and never went over 75mg a day, ive allways taken it in divided dosages as it keeps levels far more balanced. never really experienced any bloat off of it at that dosage, not much more/less than a testoviron a week would give. I know lots of guys just take them once a day before working out but I find you get much better results dosing at every 12 hrs
 
Lots of fake Anadrol on the net, most guys are using a combination of Methandrostenolone and Methyltestosterone, with a SPRINKLE of Oxymetholone if you're very lucky...

REAL DROL blows Dianabol out of the water in every aspect and does so with LESS water retention. FONT]

FUCKING LOVE THE ANADROL!!!!

Going to use it at the begining of my prep in a few weeks (along with EQ and Cyp). My size gets nutty and so does my strength, only issue is my low back gets so full of water it makes legs hard to do
 
that's why I keep telling people to read the medical literature and not the bro science! there are studies of 7 year old girls using more then these guys are using for many months to over a year with little to no side effects.

A review of the literature showed one could expect the presence of hepatocellular adenomas within 8 months to a year of oxymetholone treatment in children treated for aplastic anemia. In other words, these kids consistently developed benign tumors from this treatment - and those benign tumors can burst causing lethal hepatic hemorrhaging or eventually become carcinomas.
 
Ive gone as high as 150mgs a day, but only for a week. I feel like ass on that after about 5 weeks

A buddy of mine used it precontest and loved it!
 
Considering running some anadrol here soon. Have never run it before but am considering it to keep some fullness during my upcoming diet. For a first timer what would you guys recommend dosage wise? Would 50 do the trick?

I would start out with 25mg per day. That works for me and is plenty.
