I was just wondering if there is something out there, or a type of diet, that can cause one to become less vascular than they currently are or will be at a low bodyfat percentage.
I would just like the option because I actually do not really like the super-vascular look for day-to-day life. I am more into the ripped and separated look yet low vascularity for aesthetic purposes.
