How does your daily meal plan look 2 weeks out.

I am curious what your guys meal plans look like about 2 weeks out, also what changes do you make 1 week out and how do meals look from day 7 to 1. I seem to hear different answers regarding this so i just wanted to compare.
 
12-14 days out depending what I look like I will drop carbs out of my last big meal, my dinner and I will keep my bedtime snack, usually 1 tbsp. of flax oil and 1 scoop protein.

I do this until the thurs. of a sat show which then I completely change my diet and start carbing up, I prefer oats and sweet potatoes but there are other sources as well. Pending on how I look and how dry I am Friday night I will eat a "shitload" type meal at about midnight, usually a 12 oz sirloin, sweet potato w/ butter a small loaf of bread (the kind you get at outback, you know the kind) and a dessert, of course very little water we are talking sips here, sat morning of the show I go back to my normal carb up meals throughout the day with some simple sugar intake about 30 minutes before I step on stage, this is what I did last year but it could be all different pending on how I look and how I am coming down, etc....
 
this def isnt a cookie cutter question/answer. everybody is different depending on condition. my first show with trop he had me eating new york strip and skinless potatoes all fri, and carbing up with hash browns and egg mcmuffins starting at 6 am sat morning. then 2 weeks later with better conditioning, i was eating pizza at 3am, go figure. i won my weight class in both shows.

Exactly, I forgot to mention that in my post, it will be different for everybody and timing will be different for everybody... I think the most important Dave 19 is to have a plan, follow the plan to a t and don't overthink it, you can go back after it is all said and done and adjust your next prep accordingly, this will be a forever changing/learning process IMO....
 
thanks for responces guys, Im not preparing for any shows. I just want to compare what has worked for other guys, not just for carbing up before the show. but food choices to get down <3% bodyfat. I am trying to cut right now to get rid of all the bf I have gained while taking time off. Cutting is nothing new to me, but my method has always been the same and I want to change it up. heres how my meals look on an average day while trying to cut:

meal 1:
1/2cup oatmeal w/ splenda
4 eggwhites

meal 2:
MRP

meal 3:
8-10oz lean turkey/chicken
1/2 russet baked potato /yam/ or 3/4 cup brown rice
1/2 cup green veggies or coulflour

meal 4:
post workout whey shake
w/ blackberries strawberrys peach slice

meal 5:
same as meal 3 usually

meal 6:
same as meal 3 w/o the potato

Besides that I may have a shake or 2 at random other times through out the day or during the night. I don't count calories, I just want to switch it up im getting bored of this diet and I know its not the best.
 
to strip bodyfat youll need a day with low carbs, not just same amount daily. if you have 6 meals, make your high day have clean carbs in all meals but the last, and the low day only 3 out of 6, 1 being postworkout carbs.
 
In meal #1 you're only getting about 12g protein? That seems awfully low.

true i will usually have an mrp about 1.5 hr later, or if i dont have eggwhites/oatmeal I will make an oatmeal whey shake w/ 1 raw egg white in it.
