Did you actually take the time to write all out that out? Some of these comparisons are like apples and oranges. Follistatin reduces myosatin levels allowing other compounds that cause muscle growth such as anabolics to work better.

The poll is too difficult... Im not sure if Im voting for or against it...

I would throw the poll away and hire a trainer who is knowledgeable about this type of stuff.... Someone who is experienced and who can help throw the guessing away and help you achieve your goals

Korupt there are a lot of trainers on here that will tell you how to use these things he is not talking about some ymca trainer he means a real trainer.

well from the results of the poll, it looks like, for standalone peptide effectiveness of causing lean gains:

follistatin is about equal to ipamorelin, and ostarine.

and follistatin is somewhat less effective than roids.

but igf des is better than both follistatin, and ipamorelin, and even better than roids too.

Well, I think it's a fair comparison, we gotta base it on strength and mass gains and go from there, I have been on Follistatin a few weeks and notice the strength and mass gains ,not as fast as gear but if it's permanent I settle for it. Blessings , Minister.

I think people are trying to guage what type of gains they can expect and the information seems hard to come by.

I've been doing whatever reading I can and it seems people are gaining 2-3 lbs LBM a month average?

That's not a lot but 3lbs x 12 months is a lot of meat if you could keep running it and get those results.

I meant follistatin, there's not a lot of info out there. There is, but it's hard to digest.

Now that I think about it maybe that 3lbs a mont is what I read people were getting from Ostarine. This peptide stuff is confusing.

I'm mainly looking for something I can use during PCT for short one month cycles to keep the growth going via different pathway. 1 month AAS/follistatin, one month follistatin with PCT - repeat - that kind of thing.
