Sir, this poll is WAY too premature to begin making comparisons. Follistatin will take more time than any subject has been on at this point. Is it effective? Yes. How effective relative to the other completely different compounds you listed? Unknown. Follow the Follistatin thread with over 1,000 posts and come to your own conclusion. I bought four vials when everyone was raving about it, and all it did was make me sick. It was quite a weird feeling, never felt like that before. I loved it and it worked wonderful for me and many others. It amazes me that guys used 1 vial or ZERO vials and then call it a day......but then again not everyone is open to try new things like an IFBB pro would. I do not expect the casual lifter to be as obsessed with these things.

Did you actually take the time to write all out that out? Some of these comparisons are like apples and oranges. Follistatin reduces myosatin levels allowing other compounds that cause muscle growth such as anabolics to work better.

no doubt about that... i dont doubt the efficiency of peptides like IGF or folli, but theyre just the icing on the cake, so comparing them to steroids, which are the MOST BASIC tool and are ALWAYS necessary in this sport is just ridiculous from the OP

I feel that the Myostatin inhibitors all work "optimally" when used deep into an AAS cycle when the body's natural Myostatin level are at their highest. Although this is the only way I have used them, this seems logically to be where you will get the most out of the products. BTW, My progress on the Myoststin HP helped take my physique to another level. I am just starting a new cycle this week and I plan on introducing Folli at the 8 week point. Just my 2cents.

My rat planing usin 1mg folli all same day,I have a doubt how to recon?I have a bottlewot bact water withh 30ml,how much should I drop into the 1mg folli vial?.1ml? Or 2ml?..as I said I m going to use 1mg vial entirely same day,in quads both legs..intramuscular injection right??One guy told me to inject it as with HGH not intramuscular?....someone help me with both things please

You can just put .5ml into the 1mg Folli and shoot it intramuscular. Done. Best when you are into the 7th week of your aas cycle.
