How effective is Yohimbe

Cant say ive ever "felt" anything using Yohimbine.....good or bad. Ive tried just about every version available and have just decided to get the raw powder for the last 4yrs and custom the dose myself. After figuring the calculations I just dissolve the raw Yohimbine HCL powder in 100proof vodka at 12mg/ml and dose 1ml (12mg) pre morning/fasted cardio and dose another 1ml (12mg) just before my afternoon cardio postworkout. Cant say Ive ever noticed any of the sides people talk about and Ive run it at that dosing protocol for 4-5months straight.

My heart rate and blood pressure went way up on yohimbe and I felt terrible. I would never touch the stuff again. There are better alternatives.

Name a better alternative I'm all ears I hate stimulants with a passion!
