If I’m not mistaken I think 5-6 weeks on but typically week 6 is good. You will want to get baseline IGF first (what you make naturally)
Then you can compare those numbers to the IGF off the GH your using.

HGH has a half time of max. 20 minutes.
IGF-1 is producing after a short time after the injection. But after one injection not the maximum of IGF-1 can be seen.

Skin blemished still stay, but my messeur told me my conjunctive tissue got better. (I have no wrinkles so I can't tell you something about the impact)
