I'm only 19, i've been working out for years now but not intense work outs until i was 17. i got real sick and stopped hitting the gym and lost 20 pounds and just 3 months ago i started working out again. i'm surprized how fast my strength gains are. i have a lot of energy too i can work out hard core for 2 hours and still want to do more. i'm a naturally skinny person though which sucks, so i don't really get big, i get ripped. how could i get bigger, obviously eat a lot more right? and like i said i'm 19 so nobody would suggest aas would they? i've heard people say 19 isn't too young. i just want to get bigger. and i don't know if i'm allowing myself to grow by overtraining or not.
