how hard to push on the plunger

because this is my first time and i tried 3 times. my buddy says it wont be a big deal if it blasts in all at once but i am holding the syring in one hand and oushing with the other hand and dayam it seems hard.galenik test depot! 25 g needle. also i am low b/f if that could possible make a diffenernce . just thinking how dense my muscle could be ad or maybe the pin is too small for the flow of this oil?

It's mostly cause your using a 25g. I use them and 23's...Just be patient and do it smoothe and steady...

sometimes it's just harder than others, make sure the needle is not bent at all, totally straight

agree, the 25g needle is whats causin most the hold up, but do not listen to ur buddy and jsu "blast" it in, let it makes its way thru so nothin fucks up

SLOW.... slow and steady... take a minute a ML is what i heard.. heck, i go 2...

but really.. it will cause lesss TISSUE trama... if you blast it in.. you will be left with one big fat ass knot!!!

take your time. do it slow. easy, dont jab the needle,,, go slow and steady. and pull out slightly faster...

I use 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch, and I don't think I would be able to blast it in even if I wanted to. Never tried. I go very slow, never have any pain or other adverse effects.

ok thanks fellers for the support and info. should i use the 2 tabs to lock my fingers in and then apply the pressure ? ok 2 min huh that must be why i was freaking out!

Yeh its hard moving the oil through the needle, but it will move much easier if you warm the oil first, use hot water. Make sure you have the cap on the end of the needle to keep it clean.
