How hungry do you guys get after a leg workout?

In the hours that proceed, its like there is a black hole in my stomach.
 
Sounds like a Geico Commercial. Lol.. The last time I worked Legs the owners of the Chinese buffet asked me to leave after the 4th plate:D
 
for the first 45-60 minutes after training legs I cant eat anything without feeling like Im going to puke.

After that though I get hungry as fcuk.

LOL. I get dirty looks when I go to the local japanese restaurant and get the all you can eat sushi.

i used to do legs at nite, I would go home and eat a ton of stuff and have a shake, my stomach hurt I was so full, but yet i would still wake up at 2 am so hungry that I would have to eat just to get back to sleep, BUT I grew like a weed those years, Im just maintaining now that Im 52. :(
 
I am a hungry hungry hippo after legs days :)
 
The first hour or so not so much but when the hunger kicks in I stay hungrier than normal through the next day or two. Back workouts sometimes increase my appetite also but not nearly as much as legs.
 
Hahah this was yesterday after me and my buddy decided to do 10 sets of high rep squats and a few final sets of extensions

Oh gosh here are some quick examples...take your pick.

Whole HotNReady, 4 grilled cheese, 6 eggs/cheese, 3 tuna melts....and then another 2 hours later I get hungry again but it's a normal size meal.

I cant eat anything for 30 minutes to an hour, then I go HAM on the food.
 
I couldn't eat if my life depended on it after a heavy squat or deadlift session.
I usually train in the late afternoon or evening, and sometimes I can only get 1-2 meals in after that. The next day I am starving from morning til night.

After a Mountaindog leg session I can't stomach food for at least an hour.... Nauseous as shit

Me too.

For that entire day, and sometimes into the next day, I can literally shove anything down my gullet and I'll just keep getting hungry.
 
Just finished a leg workout now. Absolutely starving lol
 
Weird.. After a tough leg workout, the ones where you limp out of the gym, I can hardly eat an apple.. On slin I just take a big shake and a small meal after but off slin I can't eat jack shit, no apetite neither.
 
i usually have a shake quick and some kind of carb but it takes me a good hour or two before I can actually eat. But then its like i cant eat enough. I usually just eat a meal and then snack for 20-30 minutes then eat another full meal haha
 
It just depends, sometimes I'm starving and other times I'm nauseous.
 
I sometimes gorge myself on food to curb my cravings post work out.

Gotta feed the muscles!
