How I remember my pins. Hopefully someone can borrow this.

I’ve never forgotten if I pinned just bc there’s enough steps where it’s hard to do on autopilot, which I think is my problem sometimes. I have forgotten about orals/ meds. It’s one one more step to remember, but for something that I definitely don’t want to take twice by mistake like Telmisartan or Clen, I turn the pill bottle upside down at night. Is it perfect, no. Could I still F it up, sure. I just need enough where I can’t do it completely on autopilot without remembering at least some step in the process.
 
I have used the reminder setting in my phone for this before but after a while it became muscle memory routine...
 
Lol this is too much for me but whatever works. I use an iPhone and it has a medication section under the health app. You can put all your meds in there and it'll remind you to take them and you can mark it as taken after doing so. I use the Apple Watch as well so it'll pop up on there and makes it all really easy and seamless.

I did not known this about the health app in iPhone that's pretty handy!
 
Well I can say probably some people in the gym forget to shower because they smell like dog crap 💩
This shit kills me, like are you not aware you smell like an onion or worse when you leave your house? Scent is my thing, I’m also hyper critical of hygiene. I’ve seen (on several occasions) people walk right out of the shitter and straight to the gym floor 🤮

I have one 100mL vial with equal parts test and deca, and half as much EQ in it. Pull back on the plunger of a 3CC syringe as far as it can go every 3 days, so like 3.5CC’s maybe? And put that in my butt. No homo. I think I’m roughly taking 750-900 test a week, about half that much of deca, and somewhere around 500-700 eq

When I titrate up I just increase pin frequency.

Being in a perpetual health phase has made me swing in the other direction really hard. Yolo

But since I work out with my girl she knows how I am and she doesn’t want me to be confrontational. Because she knows I have no hair in my tongue. But I still have to say something out loud so they hear me. Like if it’s armpit smell. I’ll say out loud (god damn do you know what deodorant is) so I make sure they hear me or if it’s ass smell I’ll say out loud (damn someone need to wash that dirty ass) like seriously if she won’t let me tell them straight up then I’m say it like I do.

Just like some girls I guess they must be on their period or something. But you can smell that nasty fish smell. And of course I can’t stay quit so I’ll say out loud someone went fishing and forgot to shower. Like really I laugh about it but I really do that.

Just yesterday I went to pee and dude someone took a dump and it smelled like they shitted their entire intestines out. And as soon as I walk to the urinal I said damn who the f**k ass just died. And here are guys hanging around in the bathroom like if it’s a club having conversations and talking pictures in the mirror I’m like these guy are just as bad. If you can stand here and carry a conversation that you can do outside but are not bother about the dead corp smell you have more problems than the shitter guy. Like seriously wtf.

She does laugh when I say it out loud like that and tells me babe your a nut bag bro. And sometimes she will tell me babe they heard you they looked. So again I say it out loud I don’t give a f**k they smell like shit let them look or come tell me something.

Maybe I may sound like a jerk for doing that but come on have respect for the people around you. I don’t care if you’re a pig that’s your life. But I don’t have to live with it because you decide to be a pig. Then I have to touch the same machine and weights your touching wtf
 
I've been on self-administered TRT for about 13 years, and I'm sure all of us at some point or another have thought "Shit, did I pin?".

Over the years, introducing multiple compounds on different schedules gets tedious to track mentally. 99% of the time, I just remember and I'm good, but I've definitely had a handful of deja vu moments or moments where I couldn't remember and it stressed me out.

Orals go in the AM/PM pill organizer with the rest of the vitamins, but the injects are the potential issue for me.

Decided to make a simple spreadsheet AM/PM with the compounds. I just keep this + a marker with my gear and mark each one. I'm not sure how to share it, but if you're handy with Google Sheets/Excel, it's easy enough.

I know it sounds dumb, but it's alleviated stress for me. One less thing to worry about.

Paper and pen?

I use a XLS.

Each compound has two rows. 1 is the total mg and the other is the IUs. Total MG is a formula * IU. Then total MGs are summed for the week.

I also have other tabs:

- TDEE (weight, calories, # of steps) with rolling 7 and 14 day averages.
- Bloodwork
- Bodycomp (caliper and tape measurements)
- Blood pressure/BG/RHR

I can easily identify how many MGs I was on prior to bloodwork, check changes in basic health indicators, trends etc.

Especially bloodwork. IE: Being on Xmg of compounds and being able to see what the bloodwork looks like at those levels. I know pretty much where I will be for Test/Estro given the MGs I am taking.

What gets measured, matters.

At least once a week I will be on step mill and some douche gets on the machine next to me smelling like cat piss....or a woman doused in perfume....

This was my mainstay for years never counted milligrams for the most part just MLS. Would blend prop 150mg/ml enanthate/cypionate/deca @ 300 mg per ml in a dark amber sterile vial and just taper up and down .5 cc EOD then .75 then 1 ml all the way up to 6 ml a week then back down. Still do this on a smaller scale as I don't cycle heavy anymore will do 3 cycles a year not exceeding 800 mg per week max.
Mixing the oils in a bulk vial also can help with PIP from some of the more irritating esters like prop and enanthate.
 
I just use the reminders app on my iPhone. You can customize the reminders as much as you need , and it lets you check things off as you go. Easy as pie.

I think people tend to overthink themselves into side effects, I've been guilty of this in the past myself. So now I just pin as much as I need and when progress stalls while all other variables are in place I just pin more

The less attention I give what I’m pinning and tailor my focus to training and nutrition, the better my outcomes.
 
I pin EOD and just put in my reminder on my calendar. .5cc test .5cc EQ then I scheduled it every 2nd day morning
