How long are glutamine peptides good for?

I bought a big container of glutamine peptides last May. I used them for about a week and haven't touched them since. I was just wondering, what month of what year will they be good to?

Moisture is the problem. Why not just throw it away and start over? At any rate, I was told not to let glutamine sit in water too long b/c it can go bad.
