I am usually there for 60-90 minutes per session.
Even banging that out with heavy weight would take about 20-30 minutes to execute and trying to get that all done in 10 minutes would turn that into a cardio session!1 set of deadlifts,
1 set of squats,
1 set of incline bench and
1 set of free weight t-bar rows
try doing that in 10 minutes![]()
Maybe I am a bad example fitness wise, but I take 10 minutes to warm up to a set of incline smith bench. ... So yeahEven banging that out with heavy weight would take about 20-30 minutes to execute and trying to get that all done in 10 minutes would turn that into a cardio session!
Lol just don't let the ladies distract you though!typically 1.5 - 2hrs total for me, but like some have said depends on who's in the gym and what we doing that day lol
since i am at the "end" (well, there is no end, its always machines out, new ones in) of building my dream home gym i am also doing this when job schedule allowes.I do AM and PM sessions.
AM 45-60. PM slightly less but at least 20 mins of stepmill.
I find this much better than doing a single session for 2 reasons. 1) I definitely have more "gas in the tank" for the later exercises 2) Love the gym and it is a <10min drive for me.

Both sessions together in total around 2 hours.
I feel the same: i train push FB and Pull FB and the muscle group(s) at the end usually suffered. For my split, it is a game changer.
I just make sure to have atleast 4,5 hours and 2 good meals in between the session
45 minutes to a hour , topsJust curious really to see the variance between everyone on here.
Seems to be an ongoing thing where it’s who can be in and out the gym the fastest. Sam Pearce made a good post on it a while back.
For me it’s my favourite time of the day, and I look forward to it all day so I’m fooked if I’m gonna be rushing it!
Saying that, my rest periods are timed and I don’t mess around between sets, my actual training has a pace to it, but I do like getting in the gym early, properly warming up and then afterwards I’ll do a lot of stretching and some mobility.
All in all, I’m probably in the gym altogether between 2-2.5hours including all warm ups and post workout stretching/mobility.
How about you guys?
