haha, i can imagine thatIf people can fit it in I think it is a very good way to train.
I usually put smaller muscle groups in for the PM workout. Today AM was Chest and tris and PM is medial delts (I can only do laterals cause shoulder fucked), calves.
You do get some odd looks from the gym staff though "Back again" Har har har...."Yeah fucker, back again".
Even if you change movements? I’m good for 2-3 sets to failure on a single movement before it stops feeling effective. Switch movements and I’m g2gMy muscles become unresponsive after 4 sets.
i feel you man, I start very early as well and go right from the gym to the job site. Sleep is certainly insufficient at about 5-6 hours daily but with kids and life early mornings are the most realistic time I can train.Probably about an hour and 15 mins altogether. 5 days per week. I would probably take longer if I could but I have to get home to get my kid ready for the day and then start work. I have to be very focused though and it doesn’t leave much time to socialize. I could go even earlier but I already wake up at 4am
When I was early 20’s and significantly stronger than I am now…, i could work up to a top set with BS, half-effort warm up sets of one plate then two plates.Maybe I am a bad example fitness wise, but I take 10 minutes to warm up to a set of incline smith bench. ... So yeah
1.5-2.5 hrs normally
