How long are you in the gym for?

2.5-3 hours
Let’s see a pic of that body you spend way too much time in the gym for. Either you fuck around and grab ass chasing boys or your the hulk on grams of gear or your totally full of shit. So Show us a pic I wanna see what a guy looks like that spends half his life in there. And I’d like to know how you eat for that cause just aas alone won’t do it. Don’t have the best genetics of all time in the history of life on earth? Pics pronto

So I work out of town and make a 2 hour commute there and back, during the week I’m in the gym 1 - 1.5 hours but on the weekends when I’m home I’ll be in the gym 2 - 2.5 hour

I’ll guarantee I don’t see a pic…….

45-60 mins daily at 4 am, and 6 days a week.

Usually about an hour to lift. A little over 30 mins for cardio in the morning (30 mins on the treadmill).

In the rebound health phase, I intentionally keep training sessions brief (45–60 minutes), prioritize intensity, and reduce total set volume to manage fatigue and recovery.

2 hours on the high end but usually 1.5. It takes me about 20 minutes to get loose and warm. I do a lot of prehab work for shoulders and elbows since I’ve had so many surgeries. I end up doing a full body warmup before I ever touch a weight. Mostly band work and body weight stuff. At this age I can’t afford not too.
I got so many miles on this body, it is what it is.

Ya I warm up and stretch at home before I go or I would be in there a long ass time lol

25 to 30 mins 5 exercises 3 sets back and forth with wife. 3 days. About 1 min rest in between sets.

2 25 minute per day walks with dogs.
Then weekends hour each day, leg day maybe 1 hr 20.

I definitely don't feel like I train hard enough but during the week I lift in am and have to move.

Anywhere from 55mins to 1hr 20min tops...

2-3 hours. An hour if that’s cardio and I’m doing PPL multiple body parts. I’d like to speed it up but I time my rest intervals and don’t yap with anyone. Even though they’re not working sets, early in the workout I do need some ramp up/ prep sets to get up to working weight. Even with RX’d rest that chews up minutes but it’s better than rushing to your peak weight and not being ready for it.

1.5hrs, 2hrs on leg day
Plus 45 min cardio but that’s done at home in the morning

^^^THIS
I'd spend about 45 mins to an hour loosing it up my hips and shoulders with band work, kettlebells and rehab drills. At 59 everything cracks and pops and can't risk ripping another tendon doing any lifting without any of this. Weight training on its own takes me about 45 mins since I do a lot of drop sets with minimal rest for intensity and keeping the sweat going...

I try to knock it out anywhere from 45-1hr. Generally 4 exercises for each body part. Warm up and then hit it
