How long before workout should I do Winny and Primo?

Hi guys

How long before my workout should I take a winny tablet? I know i have to split up the dose because winny have a halve life of 8 hours.

And how long before my workout should I inject Primo? I inject twice a week, on Mondays (50mcg) and Thursdays (50 mcg). Or would it be best to just inject 100mcg once a week?

Also, why is it recommended that women should rather do injectable stanozolol than taking oral winny?

you should not take oral winny or injectable winny if youre a woman...100mg/week primo is fine you can do 2x50mg but theres no need...if its your first cycle dont go over 4 weeks...test the waters so to speak...

you should do only anavar and primo...all other compounds may give you unwanted effects...focus on your diet and cardio too dont neglect this part if youre on cycle...alex
