how long can I keep igf-1 des in BAC out of the fridge?

I need to go do some things before I can get to the gym and I really don't wanna go home first to take my igf-1 des. Is it possible to keep it about 5 hours in a preloaded pin out of the fridge?

Yes, i was going to be smart and tell you that it would be good out of the fridge for 4 hours 59 minutes 22 second and 34 milliseconds so it would be no good by the time you used it. Then i decided that i am happy and in a great mood today=-)

5 hours will be fine on the des. I have done considerably longer because i am a logistical nightmare

X2, I forget to freeze my fridge packs sometimes and have them out for over 5 hours and it works fine. You will be okay, unless you're building sand castles in the Sahara.
