How long can I keep it in the refrigerator? 1 year? Less? More?

If there's an exp. date, it's a 'no brainer'.
If not, then you need to trust your supplier - ask him (depends on when he bought it). Most *legit* manufacturers - it's one and a half years to two years before expiration.
