How long did it take you to recover from shoulder surgery?

I've had bone spurs removed from both of my shoulders over the past year. This second surgery is taking longer to recover from because they cut off the end of my clavicle (Acromion process). I'm 3 months post op and still struggling to use light weight with chest and shoulder exercises. Fortunately, my tendons were only partially torn.

My friend had a similar operation, it took almost a year for him to be able to lift properly and still he can't do Bench press and many exercises.

HGH could help in your case, or maybe MK677 for a cheaper alternative

it's been 1 year post-rotator cuff and I was doing ok until an auto accident in Sep. That being said my left shoulder would not get to more than 50-60% of it's prior strength but at least I was pain-free and had total range of movement. Now i have a new tear from the accident and the doc thinks it's probably inoperable.
