How long do you stay on GH?

They might lower the dosage to 2 3ius but never get off

Seriously, I will never stop using it now. Even if I have to do 2 IU EOD for some amount of time I will get it in my blood one way or the other.

I'm still experimenting and trying to find out the best way to use hgh. I'm in a bulking phase, and I am finding what works best for me is to only use it on workout days post workout, in a high dose...10ius at present time, but if I ever make real money, I'd like to try higher doses like 15-20ius.

I just read that gh15 says you need time off from hgh to make it most effective. I hate to go without it as I don't heal very fast in between workouts.

I don't compete, but I stay on for most of the year. I take 2-3 weeks off several times a year. I change dosing every month or so. I switch from every day, to 3 times a week, to every other day. I think switching dosing and days off is important to keep results going.

Been on 2yrs now, going to alternate peps 1 mnth than gh next mnth for 6 mnths. Also going to try the eod protacal at 10 - 15 iu during bulker IM.
Than back to 5iu ed.

I too would suggest staying on indefinitely, especially as you age. I am 35 and tell a big difference when on vs off, so I stay on almost all the time!

I dont have the money to even take GH! :banghead: But if i did i would take it for atleast 30 weeks!

I see a lot of guys saying they'll take 1 or 2 iu if that's all they can afford... So I guess there is no ” replacement dose” that just replaces what your body already makes?

Ill stay on year round i think. About 30 iu week, sometimes 4iu daily some times 10 iu 3 x a week pls some peps on off days
