There is no such thing as an "IGF-1 cell", IGF is a peptide (amino chain). Effects of the peptide are really case-by-case depending on your diet, your dosing, and how you take the peptide.
Honestly i dont think anyone can really answer that for you. Correct me if im wrong but i believe thats one of those things that might happen under the right circumstances.
Im sure its not "take this many mcg per day and its guaranteed"
Most important is how do you feel your results have been?
would cells grow even faster with my next AAS cycle? yes but not b/c of the igf necessarily
your protocol of pwo should be re thought as well. Especially if you did it and saw no results. I know lots say to do it then, but do some serious reading, go from your experience and decide from there. MY opinion, pwo is wasting it.
also research how to pin it correctly. I know it sounds trivial, but it is not, especially in a pwo environment w/ heavy blood flow, it is all going systemic on you. Not exactly what you want.
These things will all help you realize the growth you might be able to achieve
