How long does it take to get an instant withdrawal from coinbase? ive waited six hour now it is not instant to my debit card

sorry man 99% chance there was user error just like every other time these threads pop up. Why use coinbase anyway? If you are legit trading that is the last place I would hold my funds. And if you are just using crypto for gear it doesn't get anymore dummy proof than cashapp

Until Cashapp freezes your funds for whatever reason they like...........speaking from experience and I'm not alone.
Go Kraken to purchase BC, store it in Exodus. Easy as can be.

Kraken has had just as many of these problems as Coinbase. Long holds and all that other stuff. Their Reddit is a shit show. I honestly hate using BTC but cashapp seeems to be the fastest process I’ve used.

Yes you just have to be careful with Cashapp like with other platforms. Basically load cash from debit card to Cashapp>buy BTC (be sure you are verified first!)>send to external wallet YOU control. Then from that external wallet pay for your purchases. Also be mindful of the frequency and amount of your cash loads and BTC purchases when using cashapp as too frequent large purchases and transfers might raise some flags and your account could be locked.

I've found purchasing BTC via cashapp to be nearly instant and fees are reasonable.

It seems the most important thing to do in order to avoid problems is to purchase the BC and transfer it to your own private wallet. That alleviates the most common issue of sending BC to various vendors.

Appreciate the tips @UnholyAlliance and @Dens228 as I’ve only done really quick small purchases with cashapp. The larger orders I’ve gone thru Kraken and the time delay kills me every time. I was hoping I could avoid that with cashapp but seems like a biggg amount might throw a wrench in the system.

I've recently learned to plan a bit further ahead. It used to be easy to place and order, buy the BC to pay for the order and send it off. As it comes under more scrutiny the checks and balances slow it all down to a crawl. No I just buy and transfer the BC a few weeks in advance and deal with the sometimes wild fluctuations in value. I guess it's the price of doing business now.
I said it before and I'll say it again,,,,,,,I miss the days of handing over cash for a paper bag of goodies.

In that case it's not a problem until it used. I had it for years and then they suspended my ablility to send. Couldn't even tell me why and wouldn't reacind.

I buy when low and sell high anyway. So I order when high. Send no issues with coinbace. Use advanced feature and its .02 %

Thats why you dont keep funds on an exchange and use a cold wallet if you arent immediately using. Again, cashapp is way better because it is 1) easier/simpler for small transactions. 2) used for other things than crypto

Yes Cashapp isn't intended for handling large crypto transactions and some people forget that.
