I'm not sure, but I'm on day 14 and down about 6 lbs with maybe 6 more to go - not sure. Actually eating more calories. I cant begin to tell you how much better my stomach already looks. My joints feel so much better and my muscles arent nearly as tight. All around feel better. I dont think I'll ever touch hgh again, I can see it's benefit in adding sheer mass but that's never been a goal of mine. I know it affects others differently but for me it seemed to push a ton of water in my muscles and right over my abs.
It depends on the brand, and your body's response too.
Some brands like TP blacks will always make you hold some degree of water (most is intra-muscular, but it gives a swelled up look overall ). The greys from him are the opposite, and keep you pretty dry.
I don't think carrying large amounts of water especially when we already take AAS which also causes water retention, and eat large amounts of food (carbs esp) which also causes water retention is a good thing for your health. If we can limit it to a certain degree; either by dosing GH appropriately, or using a brand with less dimer content, it would be healthier long term.
My understanding is it takes about 10 days to lose most of water retention if you having it from GH. I`m dropping mine 10 days before Vegas and adding 2 weeks of var at the same time. I`ll let you know
I have a BB client who's doing a show 3/24..... his last GH pin was 3/10.... today is day 5 and I can already see a BIG difference...Now in HIS case he's like a water buffalo.... he holds a shitload....Doing TP's Greys...
I myself, don't really hold but will be pulling Greys 10 days out of the NY Pro in 9+ weeks...this will be the 1st time I'm pulling it....
