Now that (your foto) is what I’ve been talking about. If you
have what it takes, and you clearly do, it does not take long
to make unbelievable progress, and fast too. You are a
shining example of that, whether you like it or not
Most people here will never look as good as you did after
two years of training, no matter how long they trained or
what they took. It’s really sad (to me) to see all the risk
and misfortune many endure for an unachievable goal
that could clearly be avoided by a strong dose of reality.
Starting at 18, I spent many years chasing an illusion myself,
looking for the magic routine, the magic supplement (not
diet) whereas none really existed. I looked my best after
about 3- 4 years of training, and have spent the remainder
of my life gladly chasing that, failing to better it or in reality,
duplicate it.
No secret here in your case . . . just exceptional genetics
coupled with some very hard work and a little help
