How many days in a row can I use slin for safely?
I have only been using it on workout days (3x per week), after my high-carb breakfast and 20 min pre workout.
I use NovoLog and it hits me so hard that the most I can do is 5-6iu about 20 min after eating 150g carbs. Any more and I feel hypo coming on.
I wanted to add it in after 1 meal on rest days.
I only lift 3x per week on a DC routine.
Any recommendations?
