1)I shoot huminsulin-R at 6:30 pm
2) Drink first shake at 6:55 pm (dextrose + creatine + bcaa + hydro whey)
3) Start workout at 7:15 pm
4) Drink 2nd shake (same) middle of workout at 8:10 pm
5) Complete workout at 8:30 - 8:45 pm
6) Drink 3rd shake (same) when I reach home at 9:25 pm
7) Eat a rice, chicken meal at 10:30 pm
My question is at what time can I go to bed without fear of going hypo in sleep? Can I go to bed half an hour after the 10:30 meal? Or after another meal 2 hours later?
