Ive been using pre workouts for a good while now for every work out, then a zero calorie monster most days and a coffee or 2 as well.
I noticed that I wasn't really getting much of a buzz from the caffeine as I used to so thought it would be a good idea to stay away from it for a while.
Im having a couple of weeks off from training at the moment so thought it would be a good idea use that time to abstain from caffeine. Its been 8 days so far and luckily I haven't had any withdrawal symptoms that Ive read of people having and was going to stay away from it for another week.
Just wondering if anyone has done similar, if so how long did you have off it and did you feel that sensitisation was greater when you went back to it?
