How long to wait until I start cycle?

I am mid 40's. Did AAS in the past. Last couple years noticed things becoming different- strength,focus, mild ed..etc. Went to doc, T was at 529, which he told me was low end of normal. Would not do anything to boost me. Last year got some T cyp, and started 150mg for first 3 weeks, then up to 200mg. Shocking, everything went back to normal- of course except weights....not enough to make any real gains, but I did improve. did this for a total of 10 weeks. I have been off 3 weeks, did clomid 50 mg /day last week, and decided i now want to do a reg. cycle- put some mass back on- How long do I need to wait before i start cycle?

I just replied to you in HRT section. If I understand you correctly you are on TRT? Will you be going back on TRT after your cycle? If so, then don't worry about PCT because you don't ever need it if you are staying on TRT. I would just roll into your cycle. If you are not going to stay on TRT, then you need to wait until your HPTA system kicks back in, only blood tests will show you this. You need to wait long enough for your SERM to clear your system because they can give you a false high Test reading. Most people need to stay off for months before they are recovered.

find a sympathetic doctor.
At this stage, i would say stay on trt and dont worry about pct. That would mean you can start your cycle whenever you are ready. Until you can find a doctor willing to help you with you low test levels, you can get bloodwork done on your own to keep track of your levels.
