I'v never believed the theory that we piss out all the extra protein.. I could see that being true if your drinking a ton of shakes but when you eat your protein the food is broken down slowly so it's not like u eat it and it's all suddenly released into you.. That's why it's suggested to eat many times spread out thru the day, this is so your body is constantly breaking the nutrients down so u have a steady flow running thru u

Myth. I do upto 150 grams in one sitting in a meal of 2500 calories as I'm into if. Let me tell you results are better than splitting it up. I'm 7 weeks into cut on only 250 test and 28iu gh weekly. Leanest I've ever been in my life and set a few personal bests yesterday on back day. I will only eat one meal today of about 2500 cals 150 grams protein then not eat for 24 hours. Tomorrow leg day do ill eat about 4500cals 300 gram protein split over 2 or 3 meals. One 60% will be post workout. You can feel the stuff still digesting 12 hours later when you have huge meals. Protein shakes might be a different mater but meat with plenty of fibre and fat consumed to slow digestion and the shuts in there for the duration
