Does anyone still do 2different workouts week? Train instinctively using some basic principles.
 
I vary my training methods so as to not get stagnate, but right now I am training 6 days per week. Somewhat higher volume and based on many of the MD principles I've gathered from John's website, postings, and videos... I hit thr areas that need more emphasis more frequently and try to get some carry over in my back and chest workouts for bis and tris, respectively.

4 days per week here. Focus on intensity and also use some MD training. Fasted cardio 7 days/week @ 45 minutes and on those days off I will usually throw in some ab work..and extra calf work. Works well for me...but I'm older @ 48.
 
7 days per week.
 
Generally 5 days a week but occasionally only 4. I have found that my joints need the days off to recuperate or I'll develop nagging injuries. I would train 7 days a week if I could.

Shoulders/calves

In no particular order... I decide as I go...
 
I train as many days per week as my body will let me. However if I'm training high volume I can't train more than 4-5
 
3-4 works best for me. Still enjoy all other aspects of life and stay in great shape.
 
I believe 3 is just nice for me.

More than that is really not necessary.
 
4 workouts over 9 days has been working fantastic. Older guys would do well to consider a little more time for recouperation.
 
3 days per week works well for me. I'll bump it up to a 4 day split five months out from competition.
 
5-6 days a week, with a rest day thrown here and there when I feel it's needed.

10-15 min cardio at the end of the workout if I have enough time this day.
 
6 days a week right now. I've just been listening to my body, and I usually hit 5 days in a row before I feel I NEED a day off.
 
According to the week 2 on 1 off all upper body in a wheelchair so no choice lol but change exercises up on each split
